  - Handling maintenance engineering long term plan , Facility and machine maintenance.
  - Plan and coordinate all maintenance activities in the facilities including analyzing equipment needs, reliability issues, developing.
  - Plan and oversee all repair and installation activities.
  - Steering all maintenance process according to company target & performance.
  - Take care new project and coordinate with other sections.
  - Prepare the KPI report and report to top management.
  - Ensure efficient repair schedules and review repair cost estimates.
  - Implement safety policies and procedures for the department.
  - Other task as assigned
