  Make the details operation plans for each assigned item IN ORDER TO align with dicision and achieve the objectives of company                            
  Production Control                                                                          
  Issue and update the production condition(SOC) IN ORDER TO achieve the PD Division target in term of quality and productivity                                                  
  Production Improvement                                                                          
  Gather the information from TD operator to analyze and recommend PD Division IN ORDER TO improve quality and productivity                                                      
  Product and Formula Qualification                                                                     
  Perform qualification step and execute the trial for qualify new products IN ORDER TO  serve new products.
