  - Respond to all incoming and outgoing phone calls, faxes and emails from customers, vendors, affiliates, origin and destination office
  - Check and monitor the correctness of data entry, data crunching, tariff and costing in company’s operational system
  - Enter the data into company’s operating system in a timely manner
  - Coordinate and follow up with concerned countries or suppliers to resolve outstanding issues
  - Other related tasks as necessary
