• 仕事内容

  - Responsible for the management of ATM installations, relocation, de-location of vendors, ATM transport vendors and support local partners and/or end-users
  - Support to win deals and maintain customer satisfaction within company guidelines
  - Overall monitor ocean import to ensure operation can meet and satisfy with customer requirements
  - Closely monitor the clearance process to be more efficient and no major mistakes with customs house and ensure customs clearance can meet customer lead time according to their requirements
  - Coordinate to prepare machines, ready for installation at the site such as painting plans and kitting plans
  - Coordinate with other team members (logistics team, landlord, network team and engineer team) for installation, relocation and de-location of ATM machines
  - Handle machine stock management, delivery notes and prepare related documents
  - Focus on local vendors and may need to travel to other cities for on-site support
  - Provide field service for local customers and manage customer complaints and/or new requirement processes
  - Engage with local partners constantly through frequent communications and service performance management
  - Generate and prepare related service reports for customers and internal departments
  - Assist local supervisor and manager in preparing technical tender documents
  - Manage local projects such as, ATM relocation and installation, User Accept Test, and others
