Work Hours: 8:30-17:30 PM (Mon-Fri) (Office 3 days / Hybrid work)

  • Job Description

    - Providing recruitment services to the client.
    - Developing and maintaining a relationship with the client through visits, phone calls, and other means.
    - Understanding the client's business, structure, culture, and environment.
    - Working with hiring managers/contact persons to gather and define job requirements.
    - In-depth understanding of the client's requirements.
    - Screening applications and sending potential candidates to clients.
    - Presenting candidates to clients with important information. Also, brief them on the opportunities offered by the client.
    - Arranging the interview and receiving the results.

  • Requirement

    - Thai Nationality, Male or Female, Age 28-33 years old
    - New graduates are accepted
    - Bachelor or higher degree in any field.
    - Have working experience of at least 2 years as a recruitment consultant, sales experience or related field
    - Being sales orientated and have worked to targets and on commission
    - Ability to communicate in English at an Upper-Intermediate level
