Business: EducationLocation: Bangkok and metropolitan (branches)Key Responsibilities:- Teaching Quality: Establish and maintain teaching standards through observations, audits, quality scorecards, and continuous improvement initiatives.- Customer Experience: Drive consistent service standards across all centers, including onboarding, parent communication, complaint resolution, and customer satisfaction.- Operations Excellence: Standardize SOPs, ensure operational readiness, and maintain compliance, staffing, scheduling, and facility standards across all branches.- People Development: Coach branch managers and center teams, lead onboarding and training programs, and build capability pipelines for operational roles.- Performance Management: Monitor KPIs covering quality, retention, customer satisfaction, operational excellence, and branch performance; provide data-driven insights and recommendations to the MD while partnering with the Commercial team to improve business results.
