• Job Description

  - Lead and manage energy retrofit, HVAC optimization, and performance-based maintenance projects from project planning through completion.
  - Manage the overall project scope, timeline, budget, resources, quality, and deliverables to ensure projects are completed successfully.
  - Coordinate with clients, consultants, contractors, suppliers, engineers, and internal teams throughout the project lifecycle.
  - Conduct site surveys and work closely with engineering teams to understand existing HVAC systems, energy consumption, equipment conditions, and operational requirements.
  - Develop project plans and implementation strategies for HVAC energy efficiency improvement and energy conservation projects.
  - Review technical proposals, system designs, equipment specifications, and project requirements to ensure they meet customer needs and project objectives.
  - Manage contractors and subcontractors, including work allocation, progress monitoring, quality control, and coordination of on-site activities.
  - Monitor the performance of HVAC systems and energy-saving measures before and after implementation to evaluate project results.
