  • Job Description

    • Prepare and execute functional, exploratory, integration, API, regression, and release-verification tests.
    • Develop and maintain automated tests for web applications, backend services, APIs, and critical integrations.
    • Translate user stories, acceptance criteria, and customer workflows into clear, useful test scenarios.
    • Document defects with reproducible steps, expected behavior, actual results, and supporting technical context.
    • Verify fixes, monitor recurring defects, and maintain visibility into release quality and regression coverage.
    • Collaborate with developers to integrate automated tests into GitLab CI/CD and container-based environments.
    • Use AI tools to generate edge cases, expand test coverage, create automated tests, and investigate failures.
    • Coordinate regularly with the QA Lead in Denmark on standards, test strategy, reporting, and continuous improvement.
    • Support testing of relevant Nordbo products developed in Denmark when capacity and priorities allow.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    • Degree in software engineering, computer science, computer engineering, or a closely related discipline.
    • Basic programming ability in Python, JavaScript, or TypeScript and a strong interest in test automation.
    • Understanding of functional testing, exploratory testing, regression testing, and defect documentation.
    • Familiarity with web applications, REST APIs, Git, SQL, Linux, or Docker through coursework or projects.
    • Interest in tools such as pytest, Playwright, Cypress, Jest, API testing tools, and CI/CD pipelines.
    • Strong attention to detail, structured communication, and confidence raising quality concerns in English.
    • Enthusiasm for using AI-assisted tools critically and systematically to improve software testing.

    Additional advantages
