  • Job Description

    * Manage and maintain online stores across multiple platforms (Website, Shopee, TikTok Shop, etc.), including product listings, pricing updates, inventory management, promotional banners, and campaign setup.
    * Plan and execute online marketing activities and sales promotion campaigns to drive traffic and sales performance.
    * Coordinate with Marketing, Content, and Graphic Design teams to develop effective content and advertising materials.
    * Monitor and analyze sales performance and key metrics, including Traffic, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI, and other relevant KPIs.
    * Conduct market research on industry trends, competitors, and consumer behavior to identify opportunities and improve sales strategies.
    * Collaborate with Warehouse and Logistics teams to ensure accurate and timely order fulfillment and delivery.
    * Monitor and manage product reviews and customer feedback across all e-commerce platforms.
    * Prepare regular e-commerce performance reports and present insights and recommendations to management.
    * Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall objectives of the department.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    * Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, E-commerce, or a related field.
    * 2–5 years of experience in E-commerce.
    * Experience managing stores on major e-commerce platforms such as Shopee, Lazada, or TikTok Shop, including campaign management tools.
    * Experience analyzing e-commerce performance data (Traffic, CTR, Conversion Rate, ROI) and translating insights into business strategies.
    * Proficient in Microsoft Office applications.

    Advantages:
    * Experience in the skincare, cosmetics, or FMCG industry.
    * Familiarity with Google Analytics, Meta Ads, or similar digital marketing platforms.
    * Demonstrated ability to develop digital marketing strategies informed by consumer behavior.
