• Job Description

  • Develops and maintains project schedules based on input from the proposal schedule, the Project Manager, and the Project Engineer
  • Oversees weekly progress updates from the Project Team
  • Reviews schedule status of purchased materials, subcontractors, manufacturing, and engineering accomplishments. Identified issues must be communicated to the Project Team in a timely manner
  • Provides weekly update reporting for the project including a 4-week look-ahead, critical path analysis, and manpower/resource reporting and forecasting
  • Monitors schedule progress and identifies detrimental variations as early as possible (CPI and SPI)
  • Assists with the development of a recovery plan when significant variations in actual vs planned earned value are identified
  • Responsible for determining and reporting any risk events or issues that arise that can affect project cost or margin
  • Educates the team on industry standards and advises on policies, methodologies, and processes
  • Supports the Project Controls Analyst with monthly project reporting
