  • Job Description

    - Lead and coordinate overall project management for the development of the marketplace e-commerce platform
    - Work closely with Product, Tech, UI/UX, Operations, and Business teams to align project goals and execution plans
    - Define project scope, timelines, milestones, and deliverables while ensuring projects stay on track
    - Monitor project progress, identify risks/issues, and proactively provide solutions or mitigation plans
    - Facilitate communication between internal teams, management, and external vendors/partners
    - Support requirement gathering, workflow planning, and process improvement during the platform development phase
    - Prepare project reports, progress updates, and presentation materials for stakeholders and management
    - Assist in planning go-to-market readiness and operational setup before platform launch
    - Adapt project priorities based on business direction and startup environment needs

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Information Technology, Computer Science, Marketing, or related fields
    - 3–7 years of experience in Project Management, Product Operations, Business Operations, or related roles
    - Experience in E-commerce, Marketplace Platform, Startup, Technology, or Digital Business environments is highly preferred
    - Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
    - Familiarity with Agile/Scrum methodology is an advantage
    - Ability to work in a fast-paced and evolving startup environment
    - Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
    - Good command of English, both written and spoken
    - Proficient in project management tools such as Jira, Trello, Asana, Notion, or similar platforms
