  • Job Description

    - Review in-house design and tender and contract documents for MEP packages; coordinate with in-house engineering team to help correct errors in the design documents.
    - Sign and seal the corrected design documents.
    - Liaise with local authorities for submission.
    - Communicate effectively in meetings with local clients, contractors, and sub-consultants.
    - Experience with technical detailing.
    - Understanding of critical fire protection and fire alarm systems, such as Automatic Fire Alarm & Detection systems, Manual Fire Alarm systems, and Aspirating Smoke Detection (ASD) systems.
    - Understanding of critical plumbing systems, including water calculation, water supply systems, wastewater, drainage systems, and rain and stormwater drainage systems.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements:
    - Minimum 8 years of experience in building design and project management.
    - Capable of signing and sealing design drawings in Thailand.
    - Demonstrable experience using AutoCAD and MS Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).
    - Demonstrable experience reading and interpreting technical drawings and documents.
    - Demonstrable experience designing commercial or industrial buildings.

    Advantages:
    - Experience with data center projects, including large campuses that may exceed 100,000 square meters.
    - Prior experience at consultant firms.
    - Ability to speak Chinese (preferred).
