  • Job Description

    - Review in-house design, tender, and contract documents for project packages
    - Coordinate with the in-house engineering team to identify and correct errors in design documents
    - Sign and seal corrected design documents
    - Liaise with local authorities for submissions
    - Conduct meetings with local clients, contractors, and sub-consultants
    - Prepare and review technical detailing
    - Understand critical architectural systems like Project Master Plan, General Arrangement Plan, sections, elevations, site sections, and rendering

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Requirements
    - Minimum 8 years' experience in architectural design and project management, including experience with consultant firms and designing commercial or industrial buildings
    - Licensed architect in Thailand authorized to sign and seal design drawings
    - Experience on large data center campus projects (projects of approximately 100,000 square meters or larger)
    - Proficiency with AutoCAD, SketchUp, and BIM/Autodesk Revit
    - Proficiency with Microsoft PowerPoint, Word, and Excel; English: Business level (able to write and speak)
