  • Job Description

    The Senior HR & Admin Executive will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, administrative functions, and BOI coordination for the Thailand entity.
    This role requires a hands-on professional who can work closely with management, external consultants, and government authorities to ensure compliance with Thai labor laws and BOI regulations, especially during the company’s setup and operational development phase.

    Key Responsibilities
    1. HR Operations (Hands-on Execution)
    - Manage end-to-end HR operational processes including recruitment coordination, onboarding, probation tracking, and employee documentation.
    - Prepare employment contracts, HR letters, and internal HR documentation.
    - Maintain and update employee compensation data, salary structures, and benefit records.
    - Administer employee benefit programs including social security, insurance, and leave management.
    - Coordinate onboarding and offboarding processes including final payroll settlements and benefit adjustments.
    - Support annual salary review exercises by preparing compensation data and documentation based on management guidelines.
    - Ensure HR operations comply with Thai labor laws and company policies.

    2. BOI & Government Coordination
    - Support BOI documentation submission under the guidance of management or BOI consultants.
    - Coordinate BOI manpower reporting, visa applications, and work permit documentation.
    - Liaise with BOI officers, immigration offices, labor departments, and relevant government authorities.
    - Maintain BOI compliance documentation and reporting records.

    3. Administration & Office Management
    - Support office setup, facilities management, and vendor coordination.
    - Manage procurement of office supplies and services.
    - Maintain company assets, licenses, and administrative records.
    - Provide administrative support to management and visiting stakeholders.

    4. Recruitment & Company Setup Support
    - Coordinate recruitment activities for local staff hiring.
    - Work closely with recruitment agencies and job platforms.
    - Support manpower planning and headcount reporting.

    5. Reporting & Compliance Support
    - Prepare HR and administrative reports for management.
    - Support internal and external audits, including labor and BOI inspections.
    - Coordinate with lawyers, auditors, and external consultants when required.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    Education
    - Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related fields

    Experience
    - 3–5 years of experience in HR and administrative functions
    - Strong knowledge of Thai labor law
    - Experience coordinating with government authorities or BOI companies is preferred

    Skills
    - Intermediate English communication skills (spoken and written)
    - Strong attention to detail and documentation accuracy
    - Ability to work independently and manage multiple responsibilities
    - Good coordination and organizational skills

    Preferred Qualifications
    - Experience working in manufacturing or factory environments
    - Experience supporting new company setup or expansion
    - Familiarity with payroll processes and HR documentation
