    The Golf Operation Manager is responsible for overseeing all golf-related operations to ensure an exceptional service experience for golfers. This role manages multiple operational teams, coordinates tournaments and events, and ensures smooth daily operations across both the golf course and driving range. The ideal candidate must demonstrate strong leadership, operational expertise, and the ability to maintain high service standards.

    Golf Operations & Service Management
    - Oversee daily operations for both the golf course and driving range to maintain high service standards.
    - Ensure golfers receive excellent service throughout their experience.
    - Monitor service flow and resolve operational issues promptly.

    Team Leadership & Workforce Management
    Supervise and manage teams including:
    - Marshals
    - Starters
    - Caddie Masters
    - Golf Bag Attendants
    - Driving Range Staff

    - Create and manage caddie schedules to ensure adequate manpower for daily rounds.
    - Provide training and performance oversight to maintain and elevate service quality.

    Tournament & Event Coordination
    - Coordinate with internal departments and clients in organizing golf tournaments and related events.
    - Oversee event operations to ensure a seamless experience for participants.

    Quality Control & Customer Satisfaction
    - Maintain smooth day-to-day golf operations across all service points.
    - Handle customer service issues professionally and efficiently.
    - Ensure overall customer satisfaction and continuously improve service processes.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Minimum 5 years of experience in Golf Operations or a related field.
    - Strong leadership skills with the ability to manage large operational teams.
    - Excellent coordination and communication skills for working with multiple departments.
    - Problem-solving mindset with a customer-first approach.
    - Ability to work weekends and public holidays (Monday is the fixed day off).
    - Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
