    ※ This position will be in charge of the plant for the new project

    - Oversee the daily operations of the manufacturing facility.
    - Manage the productivity, the quality, the safety, delivery, and COST
    - Take the lead in setting up new product lines in alignment with the company's strategic goals.
    - Engage with global customers, addressing production-related concerns.
    - Report operating results to top management (Weekly and Monthly)

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering fileds
    - Having knowledge of drawing
    - Management experiences (50-100 staffs)
    - Good command of English
    - Able to work on Sat 3 times per month

    【Advantage】
    - Experience in automotive fileds would be advantage
    - High responsibility
