  • Job Description

    <Job Summary>
    - Production scheduling and line planning and organization
    - Control and supervise production lines and production processes
    - Manage the cost of tools and equipment for the production line.
    - Manage and determine production standards based on company strategy.
    - Plan training, monthly actions and manpower.
    - Maintain and implement ISO standards.
    - Review and continuously improve production processes and lines to increase productivity.
    - Other duties as requested.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Male / Female　Age 38-45 years old
    - Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering/Production Management or other related field.
    - Minimum of 7 years' experience working in rubber products
    - Minimum of 3 years experience managing subordinates: 200+ people
    - Knowledge of injection molding machines, presses and dies.
    - Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 14001 systems

    - Japanese skill
