    - Design planning of cost-efficient IC assembly, Wire Bond Process designed and evaluate the project based on technical issues
    - Perform static analysis and checks to ensure the optimal design.
    - Collect actively required information and ensure the information flow with his/her colleagues and superiors.
    - Develop design knowledge for specialization in specific systems and segment assignment.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor’s Degree or higher in Electronics, Electrical or Mechanical Engineering or related field
    - 2-5 years of work experience in IC assembly background preferably in FOL, Wire Bond Process, Designed Assembly
    - Fair command of English
    - Computer skill: AutoCAD, Solid work 2D/3D, Microsoft Office
    - Able to work at Hi-Tech Industrial Estate, Ayuttaya
