Job Description
Main duties: Production planning: 50% Inventory control: 50%
- Input and management of daily production reports (handwritten and Excel)
-Management of production results, materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, materials receiving/issuing and costing (by lot), data management
- Conducting monthly inventory and tallying
Reconciliation of materials, work-in-progress, finished goods, and materials lists
- Prepare and update production plans (annual, semi-annual, quarterly, monthly)
- Procurement operations related to production
- Daily coordination with the head office in Japan regarding all of the above. Attendance at meetings, etc.
Qualifications
Requirement
【Must】
- Male / Female, 27 to 37 years old
- Bachelor's degree in any field
- Experience in Material Planning and Production Planning （Regardless of industry）
- Software knowledge
（VLOOKUP COUNTIF / COUNTIFS SUMIF / SUMIFS IFERROR / Pivot table etc.）
‐ Good command of English (Conversation Lv.) or Japanese (JLPT 3 up )
*Required to coordinate with the head office in Japan
【Advantage】
- Experience in chemical powder products and food (powder) industry
（Pharmaceutical raw materials, resin powders, metal powders, ceramic powders, etc.）
