  - Manage and conduct meetings within management team for day to day operations
  - Building the initial team and management of tasks

  Resource Management:
  - Oversee technical aspects of production, including camera equipment, lighting, and sound, to maintain consistent quality.
  
  Production Supervision:
  - Manage production crews during field shoots and in-studio recordings, ensuring adherence to production schedules and quality standards.
  - Provide guidance to ensure creative and editorial direction aligns with the agency's vision.
  
  Post-Production Oversight:
  - Supervise the editing and post-production processes, collaborating with video editors, graphic designers, and audio technicians.
