  • Job Description

    ●Customer complaint handling operations
    ・Handling complaints and quality-related inquiries from customers.
    ・Preparation of report materials for customers (Thai).
    ・Examination of causes of complaints and countermeasures. Work together with department members and other department personnel.
    ●Customer process audit support services
    ・ Preparing for process audits for customers.
    ・Improvement work for points pointed out. Work together with department members and other department personnel.
    ●Trial production work related
    ・After producing trial products, check the appearance inspection results and dimensional measurement results to confirm trends. If any problems are detected, feedback will be provided to the FA department.
    ・Participation in design reviews.
    ●Support for in-process inspections
    ・Support work for process managers (supervisors, foreman).
    *Work weight varies depending on the company's situation.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    [Must]
    - Female, 25-40 years old
    - Has Batchelor's degree in any fields
    - Has over 3 years of experience as Japanese Interpreter at a manufacturing company
    - Has experience in handling customer complaints as a QAQC

    [Advantage]
    - Knowledge of ISO9001, ISO14001, QC7tools, audit process, Chemical

    Level 6 - None
