    This role will lead all aspects of F&B operations, including the management and performance of existing outlets and spearheading new openings. This role will be pivotal in driving innovation, operational efficiency, financial success and maintaining the high reputation of our brands. You will strategize growth, ensuring each outlet delivers exceptional quality and service.

    1. Strategic leadership: Guide the F&B operations across all outlets, crafting and executing strategies to drive growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction.
    2. New Openings: Lead the conceptualization, development, and successful launch of new F&B outlets, including menu development, design, and operational planning.
    3. Training & Recruitment: Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of F&B personnel to ensure a high standard of service and operational excellence.
    4. Financial Management: Develop budgets, monitor financial performance, and implement cost control measures to achieve financial objectives.
    5. Quality Assurance: Establish and maintain quality control standards across all outlets to ensure customer satisfaction and compliance with health and safety regulations.
    6. Vendor Relations: Guide the procurement team to ensure quality products at competitive prices.
    7. Customer Service: Maintain exceptional service standards, address customer feedback effectively, and achieve high customer satisfaction ratings.
    8. Digital: Strategically implement digital systems to enhance operational efficiency across the department.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - B.A. or higher in Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
    - Minimum of 10 years of experience in the F&B management or hospitality industry.
    - Proven track record of developing successful F&B concepts and enhancing operational efficiency.
