• Job Description

  -Optimize the management of working capital through effective forecasting and cash management and review the payment, cash flow reports, and settlement of treasury transactions.
  -Formulate funding strategy, confirm overall funding strategy within treasury center, and align with headquarters
  -Monitor compliance with established risk management parameters on interest rate risk and exchange gain and loss to reduce the risk caused by foreign exchange gain and loss.
  -Ensure that internal control measures, guidelines standard processes, and business continuity measures relevant to the treasury transactions /processes are exercised to mitigate operational and treasury related risks.
  -Develop and maintain financial management of depots and agents, including their budget control and forecasting, marketing and promotion expense review and accrual related variance analysis and ensuring the accuracy of business forecasts and accounting to truly reflect business
  -Set up the forecasting system for and provide monthly forecasting reports as required
