• Job Description

  - Develop comprehensive plans to identify and introduce new products within the company's sales platforms and channels (Mobile App, Website, Line OA).
  - Demonstrate adept planning skills, allowing for autonomous decision-making within the broader guidance and strategies provided by the CEO.
  - Collaborate with the sales department to generate insights and ideas concerning in-demand food service products, assessing their suitability for the company's platform (key accounts channel).
  - Conduct market research to comprehend user needs within cafes, restaurants, and small businesses, aligning product offerings accordingly. Initiate with a focus on the existing customer group and expand product offerings over time.
  - Identify, contact, and represent the company in evaluating potential vendors, coordinating closely with the Quality Assurance (QA) team for food vendor audits.
  - Negotiate and finalize agreements with vendors, outlining various terms to ensure mutual benefit.
  - Present product proposals to the management team for approval. Following approval, liaise with the purchasing department for purchase order (PO) initiation and vendor management.
  - Collaborate with the sales and marketing departments to strategically position and promote products across the company's diverse channels.
