  • Job Description

    • Developing a strong strategic grasp of the market in order to provide actionable competitor and market trend intelligence to the team on a regular basis
    • Monitoring and reviewing customer performance for sales optimization, ensuring smooth communication and managing operational excellence
    • Communicate and coordinate with customers and distributors to achieve sales target
    • Providing weekly reporting to Head Quarter
    • Present project downstream and coordinate with suppliers under customer requirement
    • Coordinate with Chinese Technician Team when install machine
    • Interprete English between customer and Japanese Sales teams or Thai Technician team
    • If can handle downstream project, it will be advantage
    • Any job assigned by Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    • Male 32-40 years old
    • Bachelor degree in Engineer any field
    • Min 7 years experience in Sales Engineer, business development
    • Have experience and Knowledge maintenance, repair, installation, commissioning machine in beverage industry (Especially yogurt or juice filling machine /Example Experience at Foremost, Malee,CP-Meiji company).
    • Experience in working at Factory more than 3years.

    【Advantage】
    • Knowledge about TOR, Engineer project, incubation test, basic downstream-upstream
    • Knowledge of basic mechanical principles, as well as the ability to read and interpret technical manuals and schematics
    • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written)
    • Data-driven mindset and strong analytical skills, able to interpret data, identify problems, and come up with constructive solutions
    • Open-minded team player with excellent communication and listening skills.
    • Language: Native in Thai and fluent in English is a must. Can communicate Basic Chinese (Must have certificate HSK level 3 up)
    • Able to travel both domestically and internationally (Mostly Asian countries)
    • Familiar with PowerPoint/Excel/Word and other Microsoft Office products
