  <After joining the company>
  After joining our factory in Thailand, cdd will participate in training to acquire knowledge and skills of products.
  The training period is expected to last approximately 6 months to 1 year, after which CDD will be transferred to the company's Laos base.
  
  <Job Summary>
  - Estimate design of wiring harnesses
  - Preparation of DFMEA and PFMEA
  - Creation of BOM
  - Creation of FLOW CHRAT
  - Preparation of harness drawings
  - Lead APQP activities
  - Create and follow up on new product launch plans
  - Develop and launch new equipment
  - Development of new wire harnesses
  - Start-up and follow-up of Laos factory
  - Response to customer audits
  - On-site improvement activities, 5S activities, quality control patrols
  - Planning, execution, and reporting of wire harness evaluation tests
  - Other support for Japanese clients
