  • Job Description

    - Review EPC Contract Documents
    - Coordination with client for Contract administration process including contract signing
    - Prepare Monthly progress statement and invoice for assigned project
    - Verify scope of work for work over budget to support cost control dept. and Prepare claim work if work over budget can claim as per the contract
    - Coordinate with construction team for tracking additional work/ change work
    - Prepare change order request submit to Owner and follow up
    - Prepare log sheet of project letter and draft letter for assigned project
    - Estimating quantities, costs and time scales for material and labor
    - Assigning work to subcontractors and review/approve subcontractors’ progress
    - Valuing completed work, managing budgets, and overseeing payments
    - Identifying and weighing up commercial risks
    - Monthly progress report to be presented to management

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Bachelor's degree in Engineering (Mechanical/Civil/industrial) or another relevant field.
    - Excellent English language both written and spoken (TOEIC 700+)
    - 5 years’ experience in actively negotiating contracts and related fields.
    - Negotiation, Commercial and Finance skills.
    - Strong math knowledge
    - Excellent attention to detail
    - Analytical thinking skills
    - Working at a client’s business, in an office or on a construction site.
