  • Job Description

    • Leading, consultation and supervised staff for troubleshooting.
    • Problem review, problem prevention and consultation (Ad-hoc meeting with customer).
    • Have familiar with enterprise network and service monitoring tools.
    • Configuration maintain various network and security device (e.g. Cisco, Palo-auto, VPN, QOS Dynamic Routing).
    • Provide support/troubleshooting to resolve issue.
    • Dealing with escalated network support issue

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Experience between 3-5 years. (Network Tier2 )
    -Experience in an Internet Service Provider or Managed Service business.
    -Hands-on experience with network operating systems including Cisco, Palo Alto, Aruba clearpassa, Fortigate,SD-WAN and IOS
    -Understanding of communication protocols (mainly TCP/IP) and routing protocols (e.g. BGP, OSPF)
    -Experience with network diagnostic, monitoring and analysis tools(e.g. Zabbix, SolarWinds network tools) • Hands-on experience with Cisco nexus switches 7900 ,Cisco Catalyst 3800, 3700, 2900, 6500
    -Hand-on experience with Cisco Catalyst 9800/2504 Series Wireless Controllers and Aruba ClearPass
    -Hand-on experience with Next-Generation Firewall Palo-Alto , Fortinet , Juniper , Cisco , Sangfor and Mikrotik
    -Hand-on experience with F5/Fortigate
