  I. Support
  Perform modifications and fix errors in the TIL system
  Run query dataset as requested by end users
  Examine inputs from users and analyze for possible modifications to the TIL system
  Provide overall support related to TIL systems
  Maintain and supervise database operations, solve any related problems occurred
  Test program
  
  II. Program Development
  
  Develop in-house applications/programming to improve functionality and capability of existing system (i.e. paperless process/workflow
  
  III. Coordination
  
  ● Deal with external vendors in case of outsourcing, evaluate and negotiate initially on budget, plan, timeframe and requirements
  
  ● Coordinate with TPIT about Server, Backup/Restore Database, network, Google mail and other vendors in terms of investigate and solving issue.
