  • Job Description

    - Fully support customer and relationship building
    - Provide field operations support to customers and take care our customer after sales
    - Adhere to installation guidelines and industry best practices in order to deliver quality Field Operations.
    - Carry out troubleshooting, repairs and maintenance servicing of machines,
    - Write accurate professional reports on technical issues and interfacing with all involved functions.
    - Responsible in setting up new machines and conducting pre-delivery inspection prior to installation
    - Conduct technical training to team members and Customers when required.
    - Working close to Japanese manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    - Bachelor Degree in Electrical Engineering or related fields.
    - Experience on maintenance department in Automobile Company or Industrial Company
    - Communication English, (Japanese language ability will be an advantage)
    - Experience about machine maintenance and PLC will be an advantage
    - Ability to compile data and documents (Excel, word and PowerPoint etc.)
    - Own car and driving license
