  ○ Location: Phetchabun
  ○ Background: The Thai factory is established in April 2022. The company has factories in Japan and Laos.
  ○ Cultivate Butterfly pea at the plantation
  ○ Manufacture blue food coloring from Butterfly pea
  ○Estimated Timeline
  April 2022Establish Thai brunch/factory April 2022: Hiring
  May-June: Training in Japan or 2-4 weeks
  July: Start running the factory　
  - Supervise and motivate Production crew to achieve Production plan in terms of productivity, quality and delivery schedule.
  - Joining training in Japan for 2-4 weeks in 2022 to learn about the production and the machines
  - Summarize production weekly and monthly report to management.
  - Apply manufacturing systems & tools to improve Safety, Quality and Productivity.
