• Job Description

  - Planning Manpower, control and put operator in the suitable position
  - Meeting, advise Foreman, Line Leader and Operator as per general condition
  - Problem analysis and find solution for machine problem during production
  - Engineering knowledge advice for any related section
  - Purchasing, control raw material and any production equipment support
  - Control all Machine, Tool and Measuring Equipment to ready for production
  - Summarize productivity and quality of each month, report to Assistant Manager
  - Machine adjustment and coordinate with Maintenance team for machine repair
  - Production Line document preparation, issue and control
  - Following Daily, Weekly and Monthly production plan. Assign to Line Leader
  - Support all production activity
  -.Follow work assignment from Assistant Manager and Manager
  - ISO14001, IATF16949
  - Waste Segregation
  - Awareness and Control energy and Resoure saving
  - Follow company's policies & objective ( IATF16949 , ISO14001 )
  - Perform comply with IATF16949 ,ISO14001 requirements and report the results of operations by segment is responsible to management
