  • Job Description

    -Responsible for all manufacturing processes and activities
    -Monitor production activities toward daily, weekly, monthly targets to meet delivery plan
    -Ensure that the operations are aligned with company Strategy and Objectives
    -Analyzing production data to identify and resolve any production issues
    -Coordinate with all departments for smooth operation and workforce management
    -Motivating factory workers to continually achieve factory targets
    -Build up a career path for all staff levels (especially for supervisors and team leaders)
    -Ensure safety procedures are being observed
    -Other duties as assigned

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    【Must】
    -Bachelor's degree in business administration, industrial management, or related field
    -At least 5 years of experience in managerial within the factory ( furniture industry )
    -Strong English communication skills, verbally and written
    -Strong knowledge in the standards such as ISO 9001, 14001 (would be an advantage)
    -Strong knowledge of labor and related laws would be an advantage
    -Ability to present to Top Management at a business level
    -Strong management and leadership skills
    -Critical thinking, with analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving expertise
