• Job Description

  1)QMS
  - serving as QMR or Acting QMR
  - Conduct internal and external environment surveys under the direction and guidance of the MD and compile mid-term and annual pkans.
  - Regularly collect materials from each department and compile reports.
  - Hold management reviews and quality meetings(inclluding destribution of materials and preparetion of minute in advance)
  - plan and lead internal audits.
  - Responding to external quality audits
  - Develop a quality training plan.
  
  2)Customer care
  - respond to customer requests(including submission of materials)
  - responding to customer audits.
  - respond to customer complaints
  - obtain necessary approvals from customers for internal process changes
  
  3)Supplier care
  - coorperate in the evaluation of outsources,including selection and auditing
  - Evaluate the quality performance of the outsourcing on a regular basis
  - serve as the point of contact for quality aspects of outsourcing(including in case of defects,process changes in outsourcing)
