• Job Description

  ** Job scope **
  - New model development (APQP) team for in house product quality.
  - Product quality and process stability improvement.
  - Customer quality and warranty claim charge back reduction.
  
  **Main jobs **
  1. Ensure all QA activities perform as plan with effective result.
  2. Drive team to achieve the company target.
  3. Improve QA working process and develop subordinator skill.
  4. Provides accurate and timely data of incoming, in-process, and out-going product to assure adherence to established quality criteria.
  5. Control and Monitoring Manpower and Performance and control Quality Process System.
  6. Plan the required resource (Budget, manpower and training)
  7. Maintain and continue improve product quality and process efficiency with collaboration of concern department.
  8. Follow company's policies & objective (IATF16949, ISO14001)
  9. Lead for customer visit and audit , improve customer process.
  10. Analyzing customer complaints on quality to determine causes and implementing corrective and preventive action.
