Job Description
- Understand the processes and make sure production are following correctly
- Write work instructions and standard operating procedures.
- Propose and write new process flow maps and work instruction for new processes
- Implement best working practice as directed by group manufacturing (best practice)
- Re write old out of date work instructions and make sure the correct processes are being followed
- Compare process and timings across the group
- Monitor and control processes on the shop floor

Job Description
- Duties as Section Head of QA Section
*Works as a manager candidate although the position is assistant manager as there is no manager in the section
- Take the lead in the section
- Consulting and reporting to the Japanese manager
- Handle complaints (not frequent as there have been no complaints in 1 year)
- When complaints occur, make a decision and report it appropriately by looking at the client's situation as well as the results of the analysis.
- When an incident report comes out from a client, to make a document in the client's format.
- Prepare the necessary documents for the client.
- Prepare documents according to the changes and submit them to the client along with the product.
- Give instructions to subordinates who prepare environment-related documents, and manage schedules, etc.

2. Effective raw material, crushed material and finish goods control to reduce wastes and optimize inventory holding.

4. Responsible for mass production control, efficient mold set up and FA buy-off
5. Ensure IPQC procedure are effectively carried out by FA personnel in accordance with established standard

9. Ensure the overall performance of production operations.

13. Work with maintenance department for up keeping of machines and equipment.
