• Job Description

  - Manage the material requirements and plan the purchasing order procedures for the manufacturing plant.
  - Introduce the improvement of programs and maintain superior supply chain relationship to key suppliers in order to meet targets and contributes towards the cost reduction.
  - Develop procurement organization capability (people, system & process) in order to support the business objectives.
  - Lead the overall purchasing, import, export and refundable import duty activities within the factory/site.
  - Responsible for the policy compliance, cost saving and supply securities.
  - Provide timely and accurate purchasing management information such as trends, and cost updates, enabling effective review and identification of the required action.
  - Establish new suppliers and secondary sources as needed.
  - Access the quotations from suppliers to determine completeness, missing and deviations to evaluate supplier quality, lead-times and pricing.
  - Audit & estimate of the supplier performances as well as pricing and negotiate of terms.
  - Perform Supplier selection and yearly evaluation.
  - Participate in the preparation and collection of all purchasing contracts and warranty.
  - Generate presentations and reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
  - Provide all data necessary to update global database.
  - Continually update IT databases with relevant information.
  - Is responsible for material management in terms of schedule respect and suppliers’ reliability for all materials.
  - Establish and maintain operational budgets for his team personnel and equipment.
  - Is responsible for the resources assigned to his department, ensuring the correct application of tools and policies on training, career path and evaluations and inputs to compensation systems.
  - Any other duties as assigned by the General Manager or Regional Procurement Manager.
