  • Job Description

    1. Monitor and improve the molding defection and continue to maintain process injection.
    2. Trail about to new injection mold or new product to support sale market.
    3. Set up the plastic injection mold and PM mold.
    4. Follow up Mold repairing with suppliers.
    5. Ensuring that all finished goods meet the required quality standards and quantity requirements as per the production plan.
    6. Maintenance of injection machine according to maintenance process.
    7. Managing the factory under ISO procedures.
    8. Controlling and improving process capabilities in plastic injection process.
    9. Support Japanese production manager to control operators

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Thai nationality , Male, age 42-47 years old
    - Bachelor's Degree in Engineer
    - Working experience in plastic injection process more than 10 years [Manufacturing filed]
    - Management experience for more than 5 years (subordinates number over 80)
    - Strong knowledge of plastic injection , good knowledge of plastic injection machine
    - Good command of English skill
    - Knowledge in quality management system ISO / IATF 16949, ISO 14001
