Job Description
- Responding to customer complaints / Customers are domestic customers in Thailand and overseas customers in Japan and China.
- Respond to inquiries from customers regarding quality.
- Improve the system to implement in-process quality control / quality control. There are also projects that work with the Technology Department
- Process patrol / Perform periodic process patrols with the patrol team. Follow-up on areas that need improvement.
- Supports customer process audits.
- Supplier management / If necessary, visit suppliers to improve them.
- Review follow-up of work procedure manuals used in the process / follow-up of improvements where the actual situation differs from the document.
- Management of subordinates.
- Regular report to QA Manager.
- Creating and reporting documents for Manager meeting.
- Task as assigned
Qualifications
Requirement
- Male/Female , 43 years to 50 years
- Over 7 years working experience in a Japanese company.
- Basic knowledge of quality control and quality assurance.
- Experience handling customer complaints (including writing reports).
- Understanding of QC seven tool.(This is related to troubleshooting issues with quality.)
- Experience of Supplier management.
- Understanding ISO9001 requirements and ISO14001 requirements.
- Management experience of quality control education for QA/QC staff.
- Process FMEA, FTA, Problem solving method.English Level
