  • Job Description

    1. Responsible to safely maintain production equipment and meet the maintenance department’s scheduled preventive and set-up of production molds.
    2. Planning manufacturing process for injection mold by select machines and scheduling time for all machining process and trial scheduling plan
    3. Maintenance injection mold / Review mold drawing and support trial mold and follow up parts with maker.
    4. Analysis and determine solution Mold trouble with related department. / Reduce problem machine breakdown which caused from Mold trouble.
    5. Preparing and making cost list for Mold Modification job and making quotation for spare parts
    6. Fitting and assembling injection mold for new molds and mold maintenance.

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    *Male only, 32-37 years old
    *Bachelor degree in Engineer
    *Experience in injection mold maintenance 5 years up / Automotive field
    *Can work under pressure and some times has to be in the meeting all day
    *Advantage: Experience in manufacturing industry

  • English Level

    Level 4 - Conversational Level

    Japanese
