  [Compliance Service]
  *Provide bookkeeping service for a client to be compliant with Thai regulation
  *Provide tax filing service for a client to be compliant with Thai taxation
  *Provide payroll calculation services which include social insurance calculation and preparation of PND 1 to be compliant with Thai regulation
  
  [Financial Advisory Service]
  *Provide financial and tax due diligence service for the target company in M&A transaction
  *Provide company valuation services in M&A transaction
  *Act as a financial advisory in M&A transaction and support the transaction
  (e.g. manage the timeline of the transaction, arrange other professionals, suggest the scheme, or provide advice on the negotiation)
  
  [Consulting task]
  *Periodical review on accounting / tax records prepared by clients.
  *Provide tax advisory in terms of Thai Revenue Code as well as Double tax treaty with overseas countries
  *Research regulation/market data in Thailand
  *Suggest and support of implementation of internal controls on business cycle as well as financial closing and reporting process.
