    - Import & Export (Thailand, Japan, Singapore and China)
    - Purchasing Order (PO) input into SAP system
    - Delivery Arrangement (with courier, forwarder etc.)
    - Communication with vendors & customers in English
    - Other related tasks as assigned by General Manager

Qualifications

  • Requirement

    - Female, Thai national, age between 25-27
    - Work experience in trading company (PO, delivery, invoice, etc.)
    - Work experience (or knowledge of) in import and/or export
    - Good knowledge of SAP is an advantage
    - Good command of English (upper intermediate)
    - Skills in using Microsoft Excel (sumif, vlookup, etc.)
    - Skills in handling paperwork (documentation)
    - Availability to work immediately
