  Develop business plan and activities to build brand equity and deliver sales, market share, and profit
  Work as cross functional team to drive the brand in to the current market situation
  To coordinate with the team and related team to deliver the plan within timeline
  Channel planning, promotion planning, channel branding, and strategic planning for retail tire shop
  Manage, monitor, communicate with tire dealer and plan yearly, monthly and daily marketing activities with each retail tire shop
  Response on information of sales volumes and market share of Dunlop tire in dealer business
  Propose promotion and activities to dealers for end-users, and analyze performance after program launching (Sell out campaign)
  Set up seminar, training, meeting, event and activities with dealers and branch manager
  To produce accurate reports which assist the related cross functional team to understand marketing or any other impacts to sales and marketing performance
  To support team for any special tasks/project that will improve overall business/marketing efficiency
  Analysis current market conditions and competitor information
