- Oversee and manage the Facilities & Maintenance Department to ensure effective and efficient operations.- Supervise and support department staff, ensuring proper allocation of tasks and resources.- Provide on-the-job training and development opportunities to enhance staff competency and performance.- Ensure the reliability, safety, and efficiency of all facilities systems, including utilities and distribution systems.- Electronics, Electrical, Instrumentation, Automation- Architecture, Civil, and Mechanical works- Building Automation System (BAS)- Manage high-risk spare parts and materials related to the department’s scope of work.- Plan, manage, and execute projects related to facilities and maintenance, ensuring they are completed on time, within scope, and within budget.- Qualify, select, and manage external contractors and outsourcing partners involved in facilities and maintenance projects.- Ensure all systems, including energy resources and control systems, are fully operational and compliant with internal standards and external regulations.- Maintain strict adherence to company policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements.
