[Job Summary]- Manage and support the sales team (3 staff, including 1 Japanese; 5 subordinates in total).- Take initiative in handling both internal coordination and external sales activities.- Participate in product development discussions and oversee implementation.- Handle new business development and maintain existing client relationships.- Attend exhibitions and potential overseas trade shows.- Liaise with the internal planning team to ensure timely production based on client requirements.- Work closely with Japanese management and provide accurate reports.- Assist with planning and executing strategic sales initiatives
