工作内容
- Follow internal and external procurement regulations.
- Reduce the cost of power tool products by launching and procuring parts at the lowest possible cost and in the shortest possible time.
- Manage the team to achieve department goals by established deadlines.
- Monitor staff work and support its progress.
- Create and improve the quotation process.
- Coordinate with domestic and overseas suppliers.
- Work with related departments to resolve issues related to quotations and procurement start-up.
- Manage procurement projects from cost roll-up for new products and procurement start-up through changeover procedures and project closure.
- Manage suppliers and negotiate costs and related matters.
- Contribute to the company by initiating and achieving priority goals.
- Apply procurement and purchasing expertise to plastic molds, aluminum die-cast parts, sheet metal, and machined parts.
- Apply knowledge of FTAs and Incoterms.
- Use Excel, PowerPoint, and new IT tools.
资格
任职资格
- Bachelor's degree or higher in an engineering field.
- At least 7 years of procurement and purchasing experience in manufacturing, including experience procuring plastic mold, aluminum die-cast, sheet metal, and machined parts, as well as knowledge of FTAs and Incoterms.
- At least 5 years of management experience overseeing teams of 10 or more staff.
- Business-level English proficiency.
- Experience using Microsoft Excel, PowerPoint, and procurement IT tools.英文
