• 工作内容

  -Manage daily recruitment operations and full-cycle recruitment.
  -Develop recruitment strategy based on manpower and workforce planning.
  -Manage sourcing channels: JobDB, social media, referrals, agencies, universities, networking, etc.
  -Work with HR Team Lead / Group HR to understand manpower requirements.
  -Monitor recruitment KPIs: Time-to-Fill, Cost-per-Hire, Quality-of-Hire.
  -Improve candidate experience, employer branding, sourcing effectiveness, and recruitment efficiency.
  -Manage recruitment database, ATS, and recruitment reports/dashboard.
  -Ensure recruitment processes comply with company policy, procedures, and audit requirements.
  -Manage outsourcing recruitment and recruitment agreements/contracts.
  -Support employee engagement/activities and other HR tasks assigned.
