• 工作内容

  - Lead the establishment and overall management of the new joint venture.
  - Develop and execute business strategy, business plans, and operating plans.
  - Build the organization, operational processes, and business infrastructure from the ground up.
  - Take overall responsibility for revenue, profitability, cash flow, budgets, and business performance.
  - Drive sales and business development, including customer acquisition, pricing, partnerships, and channel development.
  - Oversee end-to-end operations including sourcing, importation, inventory, logistics, delivery, installation, maintenance, and customer service.
  - Develop and improve B2C customer service and experience.
  - Manage rental assets, including utilization, maintenance costs, and asset lifecycle.
  - Build and lead a high-performing team across Commercial, Operations, Finance, and Administration.
  - Establish KPIs, internal processes, controls, and management reporting.
  - Manage relationships with shareholders and provide business updates and strategic recommendations to the Board.
  - Work closely with Japanese shareholders to leverage their technology, expertise, and operational know-how.
  - Ensure compliance with relevant regulatory, financial, tax, and corporate governance requirements.
  - Identify new business opportunities and support future business expansion.
