  - Production Management: Assist the Manager in overseeing daily shop-floor operations to hit output targets and meet delivery schedules.
  - Quality & Standard Control: Enforce quality control standards, SOPs, and safety rules across all assembly lines.
  - Continuous Improvement: Kaizen, and Lean initiatives to minimize production waste and line downtime.
  - Team Supervision: Supervise, train, and manage shift schedules for supervisors and operators.
  - Cross-Department Coordination: Work with QA, Engineering, and Supply Chain to resolve material and production issues.
  - KPI Tracking & Reporting: Monitor line efficiency, yield, and defect rates, reporting daily metrics to management.
