- Manage the overall project schedule and progress
- Manage approximately 50–100 staff and workers
- Manage project budget and costs
- Prepare quotations and manage project costs
- Manage construction quality and safety
- Conduct meetings and negotiations with clients
- Coordinate with General Contractors
- Manage and coordinate Subcontractors
- Identify and resolve issues related to design and construction
- Report project progress and status to Management
资格
任职资格
【Must】
- Proven experience as a Project Manager in HVAC / Air Conditioning
- Experience managing overall HVAC construction projects
- Experience in Budget / Cost Management
- Experience preparing quotations and managing project costs
- Experience coordinating with General Contractors and Subcontractors
- Strong technical knowledge of HVAC / Air Conditioning systems
【Advantage】
- Experience in Sanitary or Chiller systems is a plus
- Experience managing teams and construction sites with approximately 50–100 staff/workers is a plus英文
